It did not say that he was allergic to pickles? If he was not allergic, but just did not like the pickles then it is ridiculous. He then has no other problems and is just greedy.
I don't think allergies have to do with it. I think he is just being greedy and making a fool of himself like the lawyer who wanted millions in emotional damages because the cleaners ruined a pair of pants. The judge threw him out and said the cleaners owed him 50 bucks for the pants and not the 2 million he wanted.
