why did water ice develop in philly and not the south or the hot and arid west? anyone have a boat load of money and want to open a few rita's franchises in florida and L.A.?"think of the purest fallen snow on a winter morn, drizzel it with cherry struzzle, and have the hand of G_d touch it." the hand of G_d is the secret ingredient because it ain't no snow cone!
